Fitness Testing

Premier Studio only

All bike testing is done on a Velotron ergometer with an SRM Professional powermeter (with Adjustable length cranks)

Basic Physiologic Test

(Bike/Treadmill) 1hr

  • Ramp Test for fitness evaluation and estimation of Lactate threshold
  • Basic biomechanical analysis
  • $100.-

Intermediate Fitness Test

(Bike/Treadmill) 3hr

  • Ramp or appropriate Test for fitness evaluation and Lactate analysis. Blood lactate will be taken for direct measurements.
  • Biomechanical analysis (Pedal stroke or gait analysis)
  • Report of results and training recommendations
  • $300.-

Advanced Fitness Evaluation

(Single / Multi-sport / Custom)

  • Body composition scan (InBody520)
  • Bike fit evaluation
  • Step or appropriate Test with blood lactate analysis
  • Biomechanical and video analysis (Pedal stroke or gait analysis)
  • Strength and Flexibility assessment
  • Comprehensive report of results with training recommendations
  • $750.-

Body Composition Scan

(InBody 520 Bioelectrical impedance)

  • $30 for members / $50 non-members
  • Premier studio location only

Strength and Flexibility assessment 1hr

  • Evaluate functional strength and flexibility
  • $100.-

Program Design

  • Training recommendations or specific training program for 4-6 week period
  • $150.-

Bike Fitting and Biomechanical analysis

  • Option I Basic bike set up with recommendations

Internet Coaching

Option I

  • Personalized program updated every 4 weeks
  • $200.-

  • Personalized program updated as needed
  • Strength and Flexibility program updated every 6-8 wks or when appropriate.
  • One, 1hr meeting per month to assess previous month and plan future training.
  • Review current nutrition and give advice.
  • $350.-

*Option III

  • Personalized program updated as needed
  • Strength and Flexibility program updated every 6-8 wks or when appropriate.
  • One, 1hr meeting per month to access previous month and plan future training.
  • One, 1hr Personal Training session in the area most appropriate.
  • Review current nutrition and give nutrition planning, training/racing nutrition strategies or additional focus where appropriate.
  • $500.-
