All bike testing is done on a Velotron ergometer with an SRM Professional powermeter (with Adjustable length cranks)
Basic Physiologic Test
(Bike/Treadmill) 1hr
- Ramp Test for fitness evaluation and estimation of Lactate threshold
- Basic biomechanical analysis

Intermediate Fitness Test
(Bike/Treadmill) 3hr
- Ramp or appropriate Test for fitness evaluation and Lactate analysis. Blood lactate will be taken for direct measurements.
- Biomechanical analysis (Pedal stroke or gait analysis)
- Report of results and training recommendations

Advanced Fitness Evaluation
(Single / Multi-sport / Custom)
- Body composition scan (InBody520)
- Bike fit evaluation
- Step or appropriate Test with blood lactate analysis
- Biomechanical and video analysis (Pedal stroke or gait analysis)
- Strength and Flexibility assessment
- Comprehensive report of results with training recommendations
